At Move 2 Mingle, we run friendly Yoga and Pilates classes, social meetups, and provide healthy snacks — all designed to get people moving, connecting, and feeling their best.

Our sessions boost strength, flexibility, and mental wellbeing, while the social side helps reduce loneliness and build community. The free or low-cost snacks introduce tasty, nutritious food to those who might not have easy access.
