Challenge Your Body, Calm Your Mind (1 Hour)
Once you’ve mastered the basics, intermediate yoga invites you to explore deeper poses, stronger flows, and a more refined awareness of breath and movement. It’s about cultivating strength, flexibility, and focus.
Build a Solid Core Foundation (1 Hour)
This beginner-friendly class introduces you to the fundamentals of Pilates with a focus on core activation, postural alignment, and controlled movement. It’s the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates or returning after a break.
Deeper Core Engagement & Control (1 Hour)
This intermediate class builds on foundational movements with increased intensity, flow, and coordination, challenging your core stability and overall control.
You may attend either Yoga or Pilates sessions or both if you wish.
